WE ARE TO BE EAGLES
Eagles are conquerors of the heavens. They ascend always rising upward.
They overcome. The eagle is the creation the God made who has learned to
harness the wind. They are structured for flight and exploits. He is
highly equipped for whatever he does.
As God's overcomers, we ascend and ride upon the high places above
troubles, turmoil's, doubts, fears, and life's storms.
We must, as the eagles, wait for the wind of God.
The eagle is simply being, not striving nor straining to be what he is
called to be an eagle. He just is!
Proverbs 30: 18-19
FLYING AS EAGLES
We fly upon God's principles when we ascend,
but upon the ground we play by ground rules.
The midnight hour workers are coming out of hidden places.
They are overcomers or are overcoming.
The powerful eyes of the eagle communicate the determination of his heart
to fulfill his destiny, victoriously, in spite of this evil world !
Our ascent is on the wings of prayer and praise. Ps. 2
God is resting and laughing at the enemy and
we should be also. We are triumphant in Christ.
One of the rewards is found in Rev. 3:21. He that overcometh, I will give
him to sit down with me in my throne, as I also overcame and sat down with
my Father in His throne. A throne is a place or seat of authority,
a place of ruling.
The Kingdom of God is within us, we are his ultimate resting place.
Isa.11:12, I Cor. 3:10, 6:19, Ps. 22: 3. His throne is within our heart,
not our mind. We manifest the Kingdom Of God out of our heart as he reigns
there. We are learning to reign with him in purity and power, without
selfish ambitions or motives.
Ex. 19: 4 On eagles wings he is bringing us over all the tribulations
unto himself.
We must learn to fly, to use our wings, to be one with him.
Rev. 8:13 And I saw, and I heard an eagle,
flying in mid heaven saying with a loud voice.
Fear in the face of the fury of the storm is an emotion that one can almost
smell, yet the eagle takes advantage of the elements generated by the
storm. He uses it to ride above all the turbulence.
We must operate in the spiritual realm. We can be eagles only in the
spirit. Eagles have developed eye sight to see with both sides and they
have long distance vision. They can even see behind in some measure, but it
is developed with maturity. They also have two sets of eye lids ! One set
is for the earth and the other is for being airborne. We must see with the
eyes of the spirit as the eagle, who also has night vision. The ability to
see beyond or through the darkness.
