REMAIN ON THE WALL
Remain on the wall where God has told you to stand.
Stand with your family, friends and fellow man.
Guard all that is sacred with weapons and prayer.
God in His wisdom has placed you there.
Don't be moved by circumstances nor distractions.
The enemy comes with all these familiar actions.
He wants us divided in purpose and focus.
We have too much to lose, stand we must.
We may grow weary at times, and in despair.
God knows from the beginning why he placed you there.
He wants those in the gap standing for what is right.
No breaches in the ranks, we stand and we fight.
Leaving our position, creates holes in our protection,
Surrendering to things that would leave us open to detection.
We must stand together, we're not alone, we fight as a team.
All things considered, God is in charge, it is not as it may seem.
The enemy has strategies that he has always used,
ploys to make us want to come down ...if we choose.
Look beyond all that is natural and see as God sees,
following His orders and not doing as we please.
There is a war going on in the natural, as well as the Spirit.
There is too much at stake to not be " tuned in to hear it."
The Kingdom of men and the Kingdom of God,
Is all being shaken as we " pass beneath His rod."
Hold on weary ones, stand strong till the end.
We'll stand together, united as brother and friend.
The cost is too high, the results are to dear,
to step down for any reason, especially fear.
This world and all that is, belongs to our King.
He uses us, as His Army to wage war in everything.
We must learn to be alert, yet rest in warfare.
Worship our Savior, be in His presence, His care.
It is only from this position that we can be truly safe,
guarding one another, and standing in faith.
This world is not our home and we have a better place,
where we'll one day see our Father face to face.
So no matter the cost remain on the wall !!!
We can only be victorious or into his arms fall.
Count the cost that he so dearly paid.
Can we do less as the years seem to fade?
Time is passing, His plans are being fulfilled.
We are living in this time, according to His will.
What a privilege we have that the Saints would have loved.
They are seeing it all and cheering us on from above.
This great cloud of witnesses that surround us each day
watch as we continue to follow Him, continue to obey.
The angels in their glory, ministering, come along side.
Their duty to protect with The Holy Spirit as our guide.
We can not lose this war " if we stay on the wall. "
We need each other lest any would fall.
Listen for the sound of your neighbor's " trumpet alarm."
Joining ranks with them in response to any threat of harm.
The great story is told and we know the outcome.
We are the Victors as we stand as one.
Joined with our Father, we stand at His command
shield to shield and hand clasped to hand.
The war of the ages is being fought.
We mustn't give in to being distraught.
Focus upon the great picture we've all been given.
Remain on the wall, this is the reason we're living.
